Please note that in individual cases, delays by the shipping service provider may occur.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.

Please note:

• Only unused products in their original packaging can be returned.
• Matcha is excluded from exchange as it is a food product.

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.
